Well you can forget about seeing the new 300 this August. Warner Bros announced today that it shifted the sequal starring Eva Green and Sullivan Stapleton to March 7th 2014. "Moving 300 Rise of an empire to March 7th continues in the tradition of the frist 300, and kicks off the spring movie-going season in epic style" The film is on track to become all that audiences have come to expect from the franchise," said Dan Fellman, President of Domestic Distribution.
If you remember the detail and visual effects put into the last movie you could probably see why this could be delayed. Simply because it is not ready yet and will likely take more time to produce. This is amazing movie and we can't wait to see what they have in store for us this time.
In other new Warner Bros has also they also shifted the sci-fi action film :"All you need is Kill" is set to June 6th 2014. with select international markets predating the domestic release. This all starts the weekend of May, 30th 2014. The earlier international release was chosen not to interfere with the world cup.
"We have tremendous confidence in All You Need Is Kill and view it as a perfect tent pole for the summer frame, with its combination of great cast, compelling story and tremendous action," said Fellman.
Directed By Doug Liman, All You Need is Kill is based on the acclaimed novel of the same name by Hiroshi Sakurazaka. Starringg Emily Blunt and Bill Paxton. Both Movies will distributed in 2D and 3D in select theatres and IMAX.
